An intoxicating perfume that reigns supreme in any garden!
Includes one pot of Gardenia 'Coconut Magic'.
Remarkably large ivory blossoms measure in at 5 to 6 inches across! 'Coconut Magic' bears a profusion of creamy white blossoms that open in summer and mature to a rich golden yellow shade. Growing as a dense, evergreen shrub with an upright, spreading habit and glossy dark-green leaves, this attractive tropical plant reaches a maximum height and width of 3 to 4 feet.

Is this for you?
Commonly used in wedding bouquets, Gardenia blossoms add a touch of elegance to any cut flower arrangement. The captivating, sweet-smelling fragrance is also a favorite for butterflies and bees.

Gardenias are ideal for low hedges, screens, borders, containers, or as a stand-alone specimen plant. In cool climates, 'Coconut Magic' should be grown in a container and moved indoors for winter. Heaviest blooming occurs in summer, but Gardenias can bloom throughout the year in warm climates.

Encourage continuous blooming by picking off spent flowers just below the leaf node. 'Coconut Magic' is best grown in full sun to part shade in consistently moist, acidic, well-drained soil.

Grows well throughout most of the continental U.S. Unfortunately, this product cannot ship to the following states and territories AK, HI, PR, VI, GUAM.

What to expect:
Plants ship to you based on your geographic location. We ship throughout the spring, starting in early March. Your shipment will be based on the USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map which we have correlated to your zip code. This means you will receive your plants when it is the right time to plant in your area of the country.

You will receive one Gardenia 'Coconut Magic' in a 5.5-inch pot. This plant was carefully selected and packed for safe transport directly to you. Open immediately and follow the instructions for planting and care in the planting guide available online.

Plants reach maturity in 12 to 24 months. However, growth can be affected by many factors including fertilization and climate factors unique to your planting location.

Expect heaviest blooming in early summer with continuous blooming until early fall. You will likely see a few flowers the first year with more and more flowers each year as the plant grows.
