Azalea, 'Delaware Valley White' - 1 Gallon Pot
Rhododendron 'Delaware Valley White'
Delaware Valley White Azalea is a compact, spreading evergreen shrub that puts on an impressive spring display of large, pure-white flowers. The funnel-shaped blooms can reach approximately 2½ inches across and appear in clusters in mid-spring, typically from late April through May. Its attractive green foliage provides structure outside of the flowering season, with the leaves often developing yellow tones during the cooler months.
Known for its hardiness, dependable flowering and dense growth habit, Delaware Valley White is an excellent choice for foundation plantings, borders, woodland gardens, mass plantings and low hedges. It performs best in partial shade to sun with adequate moisture and requires acidic, well-drained soil for healthy growth.
